Amman Stock Exchange and Vardot, a provider of Enterprise Digital Experience Solutions, signed an agreement to upgrade, redesign, and redevelop ASE’s website in compliance with international standards in both Arabic and English languages. The agreement was signed by Mr. Nader Azar, the CEO of ASE and Mr. Mohammed Razem, the CEO of Vardot on January 22, 2018.
Mr. Azar expressed that the upgrade and redesign of ASE website are crucial to optimizing the digital journey of ASE investors, researchers, and visitors. Mr. Azar added that this effort is in line with the strategic direction of ASE for the years 2018 to 2020, to develop ASE technology infrastructure and to reinforce the investment environment and make it more attractive.
From his side, Mr. Razem said that he, on behalf of Vardot, is proud to be selected as a partner choice by ASE to carry out this exciting project. Mr. Razem added that this selection comes as a result of ASE’s belief in Vardot expertise and capabilities, as Vardot has proven itself internationally by being one of the top 10 companies worldwide in providing web, digital experience, and content management solutions using Drupal, the open-source platform.
وقعت شركة بورصة عمان وشركة Vardot لحلول التفاعل الرقمي للأعمال إتفاقية لتحديث وترقية وإعادة تصميم الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص ببورصة عمان باللغتين العربية والانجليزية، حيث وقع الاتفاقية نيابةً عن بورصة عمان السيد نادر عازر المدير التنفيذي للبورصة ونيابة عن شركة Vardot السيد محمد الرازم المدير التنفيذي للشركة.
وقال السيد عازر بأن الموقع الالكتروني للبورصة الجديد يأتي إنسجاماً مع الخطة الاستراتيجية لبورصة عمان للأعوام (2018-2020) وتطوير البيئة التقنية وتعزير البيئة الاستثمارية في البورصة وزيادة الاهتمام وجعل المواقع الالكترونية للبورصة أكثر جاذبية وسهولة للاستخدام من قبل المستثمرين والمهتمين والباحثين.
